This year for Lenten services we are going to do a simple bread and soup supper starting at 6 p.m. followed by a short discussion on Bible verses suggested by The United Church of Christ. This discussion will last about 20 to 30 minutes.

• Joys – Almost 30 people helped on Saturday to prepare for meatball dinner; John’s expression of leadership-new moderator; Anderson’s new great-grandbaby Colton James; Danceline going to State for both teams.

This is a gentle reminder that there is meatball making tomorrow – Saturday 2/10 – at 9:02 a.m. We hope to see many of you there.

Please note that the visitation for Matthew Kling (son of Wayne and LouAnne Kling) will be on Monday 2/12 from 5-7 p.m. at Granite Falls Lutheran Church and on Tuesday one hour prior to the service which will be at 1 p.m., also at Granite Falls Lutheran Church.

We will be having Lenten services from 6-7 p.m. beginning on February 21, 2018 with a Soup/Bread supper at 6 p.m. followed by a Bible Study. This will continue every Wednesday during Lent – 2/21/18, 2/28/18, 3/7/18, 3/14/18, and 3/21/18.
